Terms
- Minimum opening order is $400.00 , there is no minimum on re-orders.
- VIVO may have a already have a retailer commitment in your zip code. We review new retailer/orders individually. Our goal is to build a long term relationship with our retailers.
- All new customer orders are accepted as ‘Prepaid’ by credit card. Payment in full prior to shipping. The credit card will never be charged until goods are shipped.
- Any account qualifying for NET 30 terms is to be paid by check. Any account paying a NET 30 invoice with a credit card will be charged an additional 3% to cover processing fees.
Shipping
- VIVO uses Fed Ex for all shipping, standard Ground service within the Continental United States.
- Expedited shipping is available to all destinations upon request and approval of additional charges.

Please allow up to two business days to get a response. If you are accepted, you will be emailed with a link that will ask you to set-up a password. Your email and password will allow you to login to see wholesale pricing and to submit order requests.
